Technique & Stretch/Strength Training

Strong technique is the foundation of every great dancer. Our Technique and Stretch/Strength classes are designed to help dancers build the skills, strength, and flexibility needed to excel in all styles of dance.

Technique classes focus on the essential building blocks used across multiple genres, including proper body alignment, balance, coordination, flexibility, leaps, turns, jumps, and overall technical execution. Dancers will develop cleaner movement, stronger fundamentals, and the confidence needed to progress in ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, pom, musical theatre, and more.

Our Stretch & Strength classes complement technical training by improving flexibility, mobility, core stability, balance, endurance, and overall body awareness. Through targeted conditioning exercises, dancers build the strength necessary for injury prevention, increased control, and more powerful, efficient movement.

Together, these classes provide the tools every dancer needs to become stronger, safer, and more versatile while creating a solid technical foundation for long-term success.
